Is advertising at local trade shows beneficial?
I work for a proapne company and was just wondering if anyone knew if participating in local fairs by putting up a table or display is benefical.

- It's definitely a good way to get your name out there. An important part of advertising is creating a recognizable brand. You should also think about giving away little trinkets, like pens with your company's name on them, so that people can remember you. If you want your expertise to work for you, rather than your boss, you should check out www.5LINX.net/cnixon.
- Just remember the goal of the trade fair is to create leads. I think the most successful tables are those who spend more time "listening" rather than "talking". You can spend 20 minutes standing and telling 1 person all about your company. Or you can spend 20 minutes getting the contact information on 15 people. The secret is getting as much information on people as you can and THEN you have to follow-up after the trade fair. Make sense?
- Hello, Yes it is benneficial. You must give a promotional item to anyone who goes to your table. You want them to take something home with your name on it so that they can remember you. Some items such as pens or keytags are good and inexpensive. I usually use Best Buy Imprints. Good Luck
- Yes it is very beneficial because it had seen maximum client search and want to purchase product from their local market. So this way it can increase your sales as well as your brand name in local market.
